Unlike Company Settings, User Settings are controlled per user, not Admin. User Settings allows each User to manage their User Profile, Password, Notifications, Email, and certain Integrations.
To manage profiles, Users click on the Account tab under User Settings. From here Users can edit and manage their personal information: First Name, Last Name, Timezone, Title, Department, Work Phone, and Cell Phone. For changes to take effect Users must click Save.
Should a User want to change their GleanView Password, they click on the Password tab under User Settings. GleanView will let Users know if the minimum Password requirements haven’t been met.
Though Admin chooses what Email Notifications to CC everyone on, each User has the ability to go in and choose their own Email Notification Settings. This includes what Sales Notifications, Calendar Notifications, File Notifications, and Report Notifications they want to receive. To do so they click on the Notifications tab under User Settings.
User Email Settings
Once Admin has properly set up Email in Integrations under Company Settings, users are able to enable Email Logging and Email Sending in Email under User Settings. This is also where their GleanView Email Signature is created and saved. For more information on User Email Settings click here.
To sync a Google Calendar with GleanView, Users click on the Integrations tab under User Settings. From here the Toggle to sync is turned on and the calendar is chosen when clicking on Edit Settings.
