How to Save a Filtered List View
- From the Navigation Bar Select any Module to bring up a List View.
(We will use Account List View Here)
- Use the Suggestive Search Box to filter using any data as conditions.
- Here we will use a simple filter to view all current customers.
Once you have all criteria typed into the search bar, click the blue save filter button.
You will have the option to Save, Save As or Discard Changes. For this example we will be selecting Save As since this is a new filter.
The modal below will pop up and you can name your filter.
Toggle the Make Favorite button to show green if you would like to make it a favorite. If not, the button should be red.
Your new filter will show up in the left hand corner under Accounts. See below:
- Select the down arrow to the left of Clear Search to view all filters.
Customer – “Can these List Views be shared to other users, or even the whole company?”
GleanBot – “Great Idea, they are not shareable yet, but we will start working on that!”
