How to set up Auto Prospecting Rules:
Select your Account and Contact Filters
When Prospecting for Contacts Users can filter through thousands of qualified Leads by Industry, Number of Employees, Revenue, and Location.
This is exactly the same process as using the Prospecting tool and selecting ‘Find Contacts’
Select your Auto-Prospecting Rule Settings
After Filtering Account and Contact Targets, the wizard will then load the Auto-Prospecting Settings Module.
Here you can control:
Max number of Contacts Per Company
Max number of Contacts Per Day
Rule Name (You can set up as many as you need!)
Days and Time for the new Leads to Load into GleanView
Account Tags and Contact Tags (make sure you set these up ahead of time)
Assignment Rules or Select a user to Assign
Your Rule will continue to run on schedule as long as there are contacts still remaining in the Total Contacts Found (based on your filters) AND as long as you have enough Credits to import them.
Monitor the imported Prospects
- View all Auto Imports along with any Manual Imports in the Prospecting Module as shown below. (Each import can be loaded as a csv file if needed)
