Prospecting gives users access to thousands of qualified new leads and contacts that can be imported directly into GleanView without the hassle of purchasing lists and downloading spreadsheets. For users who have purchased Prospecting credits, the balance will show up in the prospecting screen (or in your billing tab).
Purchasing Credits is handled in Billing and Subscriptions.
The Prospecting List View shows the Date, Type (Contact or Account), User, Account and Contact Tags, Credits Used, and a link to download a CSV of each Prospecting import.
To use Prospecting credits to import new Contacts or Account Users click Find.
When Prospecting for Accounts Users can filter through thousands of qualified Leads by Industry, Technology Used, Number of Employees, Revenue, and Location.
After selecting Industry options, the system will produce a list of thousands of relevant Leads. This step allows Users to choose how the new Accounts will be assigned, and if any existing Tags will be added. For each Company selected a credit will be used for the import and the total of remaining credits will show at the bottom right of the wizard.
A successful import will populate this page showing how many Accounts were created.
When Prospecting for Contacts Users can filter through thousands of qualified Leads by Industry, Number of Employees, Revenue, and Location.
After selecting Industry options, the system will produce a list of thousands of relevant Contacts. This step allows Users to:
- choose how the new Accounts will be assigned
- Add any Account or Contact Tags needed
- For each Contact selected a credit will be used for the import and the total of remaining credits will show at the bottom right of the wizard.
- New Contacts will create a New Account; if the Account Name already exists in GleanView the Account will be updated with the new contact added as an additional contact
A successful import will populate this page showing how many Contacts and Accounts were created.
The "List View" shown when you enter the Prospecting Screen is a Log of all prior prospecting credits used and completed imports.
You will see a record for each 'Batch' created by Prospecting, Auto-Prospecting, and WebID Contact finder as well as any used in the Gleaned Insight Tab.
Next to each batch, there is a link to 'download' a CSV file of those records if needed.
Prospecting requires the use of Credits. GleanView’s Billing options allow Administrators to monitor and purchase Prospecting Credits needed at any time by selecting Billing in the app then SEE DETAILS/CHANGE PLAN to adjust their current Subscription. A block of Credits may be purchased as a monthly subscription and then toggled off prior to the following month in order to prevent being charged for more Credits than necessary.
