Book Time on My Calendar allows customers and potential customers to view user availability and book meetings on their calendar. To utilize this feature users will go into Meetings under User Settings and follow the steps in the wizard to setup.
Step 1: Specify Availability and time intervals per day.
Step 2: Add any specific exceptions, such as vacation time.
Step 3: Set availability Settings including duration options, how much notice is preferred to schedule meetings, and how much time between meetings is needed.
Step 4: Choose the Calendar Event Name and what variables will be included; this is what will show up in the Calendar. Event Settings is also where the shareable link will be created.
Step 5: Setup Meetings Page with Event Title, Description and the Confirmation Message.
Step 6: Setup the Email Subject and Body that will automatically send out once a meeting is scheduled.
Once all steps in the wizard are complete the shareable link is populated.
Anyone that the link is shared with has the ability to view the calendar and book meetings.
When a meeting is scheduled the GleanView user will see the event added to their Calendar.
