Sales Activity Analytics
The Sales Activity Analytics module shows multiple KPI with advanced Analytics in a dashboard view to help measure user Activity. Metrics can be broken down by Activity Type and User. To get Sales Activity Analytics users click on Sales Activity under Analytics from the main menu.
Preset and Custom Filters
Preset filters are available for a quick graph view of Sales Activity, however Users can set their own filters to view Users and time ranges based on their sales needs.
When filtering the Sales Activity Analytics graph, GleanView allows User to filter by User, Date Range (including Month to Date, Quarter to Date, Year to Date, or Custom with the option to compare to Previous Years and Quarters), and Lead Type.
View Sales Activity Metrics under the Graph. This view gives a managerial view of all activity by all users. When a Metric is chosen in the left column, Accounts Created for example, the Leaderboard and Detailed View displays change accordingly.
The Account Analytics module gives users multiple KPI with advanced Analytics in a dashboard view to help measure performance. This view is customizable and allows users to create and export reports by Date, Stage, User, Total Sale, and more. To get Account Analytics users click on Accounts under Analytics from the main menu.
Users toggle what they want visible in the Account Analytics dashboard; for example, Date Range and Account Stage.
The Sales Pipeline can also be referred to as the Opportunity Pipeline. To see the Pipeline users click on Sales Pipeline under Analytics from the main menu.
The graph can be customized by User and Date, and can be switched from Total Pipeline to Expected Pipeline. Users also have the option to Export the information from the Graph.
