Formerly known as the Log Note/Event widget, the new Account Activity Widget preserves its original functionality of logging Notes, Meetings, Calls, and the ability to view the Activity History, while expanding and offering more; such as the ability to send emails right inside of GleanView.
GleanView now allows in app communication with colleagues using @mention Notifications. To learn more click here.
Account Activity is found underneath the Account Calendar.
The Log Meeting modal has been updated with the ability to custom format the notes logged.
Just like Log Meeting and Note, the Log Call modal allows users to custom format their call notes. However, extra variables are added to track incoming, outgoing, and the disposition of each call.
When a user does not have a specific meeting or call to log, but needs to add a note in the account for reference, the Note modal offers all of the same custom format features as Log Meeting and Log Call. Saved Notes will also appear in the Account Activity Widget.
Sending an email inside of the GleanView app is no different than sending from an email host. Users have the same functionality to format font styles, type, color, and alignment, as well as the ability to add images, links, and attachments. Choosing to send an Email inside of the Account Activity Widget will populate the associated Contact and Email Address from the Account the user is working in.
Users now have the option to turn Email Logging off at the Account level.
