The Projects module is a Project Management solution used to track and manage tasks and deadlines. Much like the Account, Contact, and Opportunity modules, Projects has user friendly widgets that may include Custom Fields to fit the needs of your company.
Creating A Project
A new Project can be created directly from the Dashboard or from the Account Overview.
GleanView allows users to attach a Project to an Account or an Opportunity.
Once a Project is created the Project Overview is populated. This overview acts as a dashboard, allowing users to manage the entire Project; including widgets for Calendar, Vendors, and Activity all related to the Project.
Manage all key information pertaining to the Project in the Basic Information widget. Aside from Custom Fields this is the only Projects widget that allows users to create and move Custom Fields as needed.
Manage all Custom Fields that are not placed under Basic Information in this widget.
Manage all Tasks, Deadlines, and Upcoming Events related to the Project in the Project Calendar.
Manage any third party shipments or services needed for the Project in the Vendors widget.
Manage, add, or view all Notes, Emails, Calls, and Meetings in the Project Activity widget.
