GleanView offers a Ring Central Integration to log all incoming and outgoing calls automatically between users and contacts in the system.
To turn on this feature click on Integrations found under User Settings.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE A RINGCENTRAL ACCOUNT TO USE THIS FEATURE.
Click Enable in the RingCentral box.
Sign into your RingCentral account allowing GleanView to access the data.
Once your account has been successfully integrated with GleanView you will see the status change to Enabled.
Use RingCentral Chrome Extension for 'Click to Dial'
For users using Google Chrome, there is also a RingCentral extension available with the option to "Click to Dial."
This feature allows you to 'Hover' over any number and click to dial using RingCentral through a web interface (does not require the software to be loaded)
Call Auto Logging
Once your account is linked, calls start logging in GleanView automatically between a User and Contact (based on any stored phone number for each)
You will be able to see logged calls:
- In the Activity List View (found under Analytics/Reports.)
- On each Contact Screen Activity Widget
- On each Account Screen Activity Widget
Once a call is logged, you may also 'Edit' the call to add:
- Call Disposition
- Edit Time or Duration (if needed)
