Each Account, Contact, Opportunity and Project has it's own set of detail pages. The detail pages for each record type share the same format. The Account detail pages are described in this article, but the description can be applies to Contacts, Opportunities and Projects.
Since GleanView is Account Based, every other record type is associated with an Account. On the Account overview page, there are a total of 8 "widgets" or sections. You can customize which fields are displayed in each widget in the Customization section of Company Settings.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION WIDGET
The Account Information widget is generally used to store basic account info such as name, date created, website, etc. You can edit the values in the fields in the account information widget by clicking the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the widget.
ACCOUNT CALENDAR WIDGET
The Account Calendar widget displays all upcoming and past events and tasks related to the account and all of it's related opportunities, contacts, and projects. You can create a new event directly from this widget with the New Event button and you can toggle whether you want Completed events displayed. Additionally, you can filter the events displayed by the Assigned to user, Related record and Related Contact.
ACCOUNT ACTIVITY WIDGET
The Account Activity widget displays a roll up of all of the notes, emails, calls and meetings associated with the account. The arrow displayed before the activity name indicates whether the email or phone call was outgoing or incoming. If the activity is an outbound email, there will also be a Status displayed if the contact opened or clicked the email.
If you would like to turn off all auto-logging of emails to this account, you can toggle that option here.
Also, you can create new notes, emails, calls and meetings directly from this widget.
You can search for activities by clicking the magnifying glass icon.
Clicking on any activity will open the details of the activity in a full screen.
ACCOUNT ENGAGEMENT WIDGET
The account engagement widget tracks engagement stats across the all record types that are associated with the account. All activity is rolled up to the account level. You can filter by the type of email sent -- campaign, sequence, in-app or synched.
CUSTOM FIELD WIDGET
All custom fields created for the account initially start out in this widget. They can be moved to any other widget in Company Settings / Customization.
