Add Customer Records (Accounts and Contacts) - Bulk Import Accounts and Contacts
In order to send and track a proposal, it must be linked to a customer record (Account and Contact)
You can enter this manually one at a time as needed, or perform a Bulk Import from a CSV file.
Integrate with your CRM - PipeDrive / Hubspot / Salesforce
If you set up the GleanQuote Integration with one of our CRM Partners, you do not have to import or add customer records as mentioned above. Each proposal will link directly to the customer or opportunity you choose when creating a new proposal. That record is then available in GleanQuote to automatically populate customer information in proposals.

Pricing management is one of the most critical pieces in GleanQuote. You can import simple product fields from a CSV file, but more complex pricing management must be done one product at a time. Templates and Elements can be made for any purpose and organized in a folder structure for easy retrieval. Use templates for quick loading new proposals that could include quote tables with products. You can load a template directly from an open proposal and insert a specific pre-built element as needed.

After you have tested out the sample quote tables we provide in the stock templates, use the Quote Settings to customize the exact look and feel of the quote table. You can have multiple Quote Tables in each proposal and they do not have to look or act the same way.

Proposal rules allow you to define conditions for proposals that require approval and also which managers need to approve a proposal before it is sent to a customer.
