- Provide a CSV template for each table including all fields for ease of importing or use as variables
Data Importing (CSV Files)
- Customer Data (Accounts and Contacts)
- Products and Pricing (Basic data including descriptions, list price, costs, type, model numbers, categories, etc..)
- Users (Manually entered for smaller teams, but import available for larger teams)
User Set up
- Add additional users
- Select or create custom role and permissions
- User Settings Help (Variables)
- User email integration
Template Set up
- Send us a document or visual instructions and our design team will create your first template.
- Includes customized Quote Table settings for tailored functionality and appearance.
Approval Rules Set up
- Set up management controls for Approval Rules
- Set up Margin and Pricing controls in permissions

How to start the Onboarding Process
Make sure you are in an active Trial or Subscription (Click Here)
Click the Green Help Button in the App
Submit a Request named "Basic Onboarding"
Attach or include the following information:
- Company Logo file (JPG or PNG)
- List of users and roles (Include full names, email addresses, direct numbers, titles, and level of permissions needed - i.e. Sales user, Manager, Admin)
- Customer List (CSV File) - If you manage accounts and contacts separately, make sure there is a unique linked field included in both CSV files
- Minimum requirements include: Customer or Account Name / Contact Full Name / Contact Email Address
- Product/Service Standard Price List (CSV File) - Include Name, Description, List Price, Cost, and any categorization used.
- Opportunities/Deals if used (make sure each has a linked account and contact that are already included in those attached files)
- Current Proposal or Quote used that our designer can use to generate your first template (PDF, Doc, or any other readable format)
- We will contact you to set up an initial meeting to discuss your data and needs (this does not come out of the 2 hours)
