You can look at trends in proposal activity for your teams using Proposal Analytics. Click on any metric to graph the metric over the time range and other filters defined.
Click any two points on the graph and the difference, sum and average of the points will be displayed. Click on any three points and the sum and average of the three points will be displayed.
Click the orange filter button to display the available filters such as User / Team, Date Range and other available filter fields.
Check the Compare box to compare proposal activity across different users or against average / median or across two different date ranges.
Once you have a filter defined, you can save the filter using the blue save filter button and you will be able to select that filter from your saved filters list and re-display the same information with the click of a button.
By hovering over points on a comparison graph, you will be able to see the details of the difference between the two groups. Click the eye icon next to any line in the graph legend to make the line visible or not visible.
Next to the metrics table is a leaderboard table. This displays the breakdown of the users for that metric and their relation to each other and the median. You can click on the magnifying glass to search for a user if it is a long list. You can also click the trophy icon to sort the list by largest amount to smallest amount and click the group icon to sort the list by largest amount to smallest amount within each group.
Clicking on any row in the leaderboard will display the Detailed View that makes up the proposals in that row. You can click any proposal name in the detail view to display the overview of that proposal. You can also click the magnifying glass icon to search within the Detailed View. Clicking on any column in the Detailed View sorts the list by the column. Click the column again to sort in the other direction.
If you would like to have a csv file of these metrics automatically emailed to you periodically, click the blue Schedule Report button above the Metrics table. You can select any user(s) as the recipients of the report and also the frequency of the report.
